Job Summary: Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for multiple aspects of the front-end fulfillment operations. This includes account management, customer service, sales and production support, and account implementation
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Account Management responsibilities include acting as primary contact for store front customer, entering and processing orders, create user accounts and create/send client requested reports and other inquires
- Acts as liaison between customer and sales
- Create and communicate reports to inform internal staff of activity levels, provide billing reports for accounts, customer inventory status for billing purposes and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Manage internal materials (stock business card boxes, labels and packing material)
- Communicate plan status, changes and updates with responsible parties
- Coordinate and execute initial system set-up
- Responsible for account Implementation and deployment
- Participates in client meetings
- Create project plan and task manager to ensure project is kept on track and goals are met
- Coordinate and schedule receiving plan for incoming shipments of material
- Support production standards for efficiency, value and timely workflow.
- Communicate with ASAP vendor to trouble sheet and problem solve issues that arise
- Address and monitor issues that require outside assistance with fulfillment software vendor.
- Assist staff on ASAP fulfillment software
- Act as a customer advocate.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience using MS Office products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, problem-solve and communicate information effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical skills and research abilities a must.
- Driven to produce at a high level of performance.
- Ability to collaborate with others; act decisively and prioritize with last-minute projects/requests.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively in a high stress environment.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork, energy level, productivity, quality focus, self-motivated, organization, time management, attendance, and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 6 months experience in a technical call center or comparable education.
Physical Requirements: Standing- 10%, Walking-45%, Sitting-45%, Lifting 25-50 lbs.-Occasionally, Carrying 25-50 lbs.- Occasionally.
Job Type: Full Time, on-site (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
Shift Available & Schedule: 1st shift (8:00am-4:30pm)
