Job Summary
The Fulfillment and Assembly Supervisor reports to the Operations Team. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely shipments, optimal inventory levels, and the implementation of efficient operations. This includes meeting the quality standards of the business and its' clientele. This will require working with Client Services, Prepress, and Manufacturing teams to ensure a quality product is delivered. This position requires the ability to think quickly and lead personnel.

Job Summary
The Fulfillment and Assembly Supervisor reports to the Operations Team. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely shipments, optimal inventory levels, and the implementation of efficient operations. This includes meeting the quality standards of the business and its' clientele. Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise the day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, fulfillment speed) and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee all inventory control procedures, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Foster a safe and positive working environment by enforcing safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Identify areas of inefficiency within the fulfillment and inventory processes and propose solutions to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
- Manage warehouse management systems to track inventory and improve operational accuracy
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment performance, and team productivity
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on ways to improve operations
- Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned
- Perform job duties in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards including but not limited to HIPAA, SOC2, and OSHA
- At least 3 years experience leading a fulfillment or assembly team of 8 or more personnel responsible for daily fulfillment programs and kitting projects
- Strong to intermediate knowledge of digital printing, print quality, and bindery
- Comfortable working within a team environment, meeting team objectives
- Confident with a computer as we are a highly technology focused organization and use a variety of applications to collaborate, process, create, and manage production
