Fulfillment Specialist - Zen Asset Management

Cascadia Grower's Association is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to work in roles like Conversion & Packaging and Order Fulfillment! Who is CGA? We are the team behind the Artizen brand.

As a Fulfillment Specialist, your job responsibilities vary depending on the department you will be working in for the day. The ideal candidate thrives switching between departments and duties on a daily, sometimes weekly basis.

Duties include:

• Accurately weighing, counting, assembling, and packaging various forms of cannabis products, including, but not limited to flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates.
• Assembling packaging materials and applying labels accurately and timely.
• Performing basic Quality Assurance of all finished goods being sent out to ensure 100% compliance.
• Pulling stock, stickering containers, building orders, binning orders, and closing all work orders with great accuracy and efficiency.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualities we are looking for in candidates are:

• Strong attention to detail
• Great manual dexterity
• Able to bend, twist, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Flexibility in changing roles and requirements during the day.
• Can maintain accurate inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of first interview
• Have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work, Monday through Friday.

Wage Range: $17.00 - $17.00

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:15 PM, Friday 7:30 to 11:30 AM; 45-minute unpaid lunch, 2 paid 15-minute breaks
