Job Description Summary:
This position provides floor oversight within Fulfillment operations to ensure orders are processed to meet departmental standards and goals. Also provides input on staffing levels, oversees employee attendance, documents procedures, and works with management team on departmental improvements. Requires ability to work on night shift, weekends and extended shifts during peak seasons.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises Fulfillment bargaining unit staff. Includes creating and maintaining departmental procedures, training and development of leadership team and seasonal staff members and maintaining compliance with union contract.
Monitors product and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained for order volumes. Partners with Inventory Specialist and PC Room Specialist to meet all requirements for regular, logo box, and VIP order types.
Monitors general processing operations for quality of picking, packing and shipment of all orders, including monitoring equipment functioning levels within E-commerce Utility and Custom Mix. Creates and maintains equipment maintenance schedule with departmental mechanic, plant maintenance and sanitation department
Tracks daily attendance and partners with management to ensure attendance policy is tracked and documentation is completed.
Participates, implements and provides leadership with the See’s Rules & Regulations, employee health & wellness, Safety and Food Safety & Quality Assurance programs.
Serves as back-up to other Fulfillment office functions in both E-commerce and Custom Mix.
Completes special projects as assigned by management.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years supervisor experience in warehouse (light industrial) environment with high volume seasons and a large seasonal staff.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Detail oriented with good organizational, writing, and documentation skills.
Strong management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated PC Skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and UPS manifesting.
Able to work flexible and extended workdays as required during holiday seasons.
Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
