Fulfillment Technician - Clarest Health

We're seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: Melville

Salary range: $17-$19/hour

Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Days Off: Sunday & Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Putting medication back on the corresponding shelf
• Checking for expired medication
• Receives and organizes medication refusals and returns from facilities
• Understands state and federal laws as they relate to returns
• Processes credits for returns, when appropriate, in a timely manner
• Organizes processed returns for distribution or destruction
• Files destruction paperwork and packages medications for destruction
• Runs and prints returns and destruction reports
• Coordinates destruction pick-ups
• Must work with urgency and timeliness

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Pharmacy technician certification is a plus (in good standing)

• Detail orientated
• Effective communicator
• Quick and independent learner
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
