Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to support overall financial goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
