Full charge Bookkeeper from The Bachrach Group

Position Overview

 Full Charge Bookkeeper, reporting to the Accounting Manager in a fast-paced law firm. 

Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with QuickBooks and high-volume Accounts Payable
• Experience in law firm accounting is a plus
• Proficient in bank and credit card reconciliations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to perform administrative tasks as needed
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supply inventory
