Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Maintain financial records for one of the companies
- All AP, AR, reconciliations at month end
- The Full Charge Bookkeeper will keep track of Certificates of insurance and make sure employees are up to date on their licensing
- Assist with Payroll
- AIA Billing
Preferred Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Experience with AP, AR, and billing
- Construction experience a plus!
- Proficient in Excel is a plus!
- Experience with AccuLynx is a plus!
