Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and be proficient in QuickBooks. This role involves managing all aspects of our financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process payroll and prepare payroll tax filings
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations
