Culver's, famous for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full and Part Time Grill Masters to join our team. As a Grill Master, you will have the opportunity to learn and prepare our signature dishes while working in a friendly and supportive environment.

- Full-time (unrestricted availability) and Part Time positions are available

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Culver's Famous ButterBurgers and grill specialties
- Maintain proper food safety practices
- Support your Kitchen team members in various roles
- Adhere to restaurant, food, and workplace policies
Physical Abilities:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to handle the work (and heat) of an extended shift working on a Flat-Top Grill
- Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting heavy items
