Responsibilities:

Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide them with in-depth product knowledge.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that customers receive the excellent support and assistance they need.

Process sales transactions at the registers, including ringing up purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and efficiently bagging merchandise.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the managers from time to time, contributing to the overall success of the store.
