Brightland Homes, LTD. is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to manage and drive the development of warranty software, including backup support for Brightland Homes' website and sales office smart TVs.

General Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage complete warranty software development process
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications such as React, Angular or Node.js using modern frameworks and libraries
- Integrate applications with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, OpenSearch, AppSynch, SNS and SQS
- Manage the day-to-day operations of software products, and manage quality assurance testing of content updates, feature enhancements and bug fixes
- Learn full operational aspects of the company's website and sales office smart TVs and be able to provide detailed support for both
- Develop and enhance web-based applications and tools
- Test front-end and back-end web applications
- Make recommendations regarding new and existing system features and structure
- Assist in troubleshooting issues on web-based systems
- Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and related services
- Develop and deploy progressive web apps (PWAs) with offline capabilities and improved performance
- Configure and manage AWS infrastructure using Cloud Formation, Terraform, or similar laC tools
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness within the AWS ecosystem
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends and best practices in web development and AWS
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Computer Science or a related field
- Five or more years of Full-Stack Development experience, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft IIS, SQL server, Linux/BSD, Apache/IIS, MySQL/MongoDB, PHP
- Proficiency in JavaScript framework (React, Angular, VUE.js) and server-side language (Nod.js)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, OpenSearch, AppSynch, SNS, and SQS
- Understanding of server-less architectures, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure automation tools (CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Experience with progressive web app (PWA) development and best practices
- GitHub or similar version control software experience
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with custom CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications :
- AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, CodePipeline)
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and event-driven architectures
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
