Senior Full Stack Application Developer
Direct-Hire (On-site)
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient web-based solutions to support our manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop web-based applications to support the company's business processes and ensure seamless integration between the backend and frontend components.
- Frontend Development: Create and enhance user-friendly, responsive, scalable, and visually appealing web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Backend Development: Design, implement and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and end users, to identify and define project requirements necessary to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
- Translate project requirements specifications into web applications by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following DevOps best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code review of other Developers.
- Oversee proper application operation by utilizing structured testing methodologies and UAT.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design and implementation details. Maintain historical records by documenting application development and revisions.
- Designs and administers MS SQL databases, including modeling, normalization, and optimization, ensuring data integrity.
- Write SQL queries, ensuring their efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, bugs, end-user issues, performance bottlenecks, etc., to ensure efficient application operation.
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of (5) years’ experience in Full-stack development, focusing on building scalable and maintainable architectures.
Proficiency in:
- Business Analysis (Stakeholder engagement)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Agile/Scrum, Developer prioritization, UAT, etc.)
- Solid understanding of database and web server technologies (MS SQL, Apache/IIS servers)
- Proficiency in Java is required; experience with Python and Node.js is a plus.
- Front-end languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Telerik Kendo)
- Back-end technologies including Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, C#/.NET 5, PHP Git for version control.
Moderate knowledge of:
- User authentication/authorization
- Kendo UI, jQWidgets, SSIS/SSRS, Crystal Reports, a plus
Nice to have:
