Salary Range: Up to $210,000 (with competitive equity)

With a team of 18 people, we bring together former consultants, analysts, developers, and designers with extensive experience building and maintaining large-scale data tools.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a senior hire, you will play a critical role in leading product and engineering decisions. You will take ownership of large parts of our product architecture, engage with customers, collaborate with design to shape the product, and contribute to achieving our business goals.
This is a high-impact position for engineers who are eager to tackle challenging technical problems and make contributions beyond engineering.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of large portions of the product architecture.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to define and build new features end-to-end.
- Address technical challenges, including frontend performance, custom charting libraries, scaling infrastructure, data engineering, and resilient testing infrastructure.
- Work directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
- Help define the product roadmap and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience with full-stack web development (TypeScript, React, Python).
- Proven experience working at high-growth startups or early-stage companies.
- Degree from a top CS program.
- Passion for problem-solving and tackling complex technical challenges.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (San Francisco or New York).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with frontend performance optimization or building custom charting libraries.
- Expertise in data engineering and scaling infrastructure.
