- Experience integrating with APIs with a strong understanding of RESTful web services.
- Strong Experience with Automation Tools/Frameworks
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy; deploying applications in a DevOps environment
- Experience working with AWS/EKS
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in GraphQL, Apache Camel would be a nice to have.
- Knowledge of architecture and design patterns to build highly scalable and resilient systems.
Description:
- We are currently sourcing for a Full Stack Engineer to work in Client's Workplace Investing group in Westlake, TX.
- Our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we're calling "Dynamic Working .
- Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Client work location for at least one week,
- all business days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
The Role
- As a member of Client's Workplace Solutions (WS) Digital Platforms Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering new products and services using hybrid technology stack -- Angular, GraphQL, and Java.
- Serving as a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role on a Scrum team and within Digital
- Platforms Technology. Working closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Tech Lead Systems Analyst,
- Quality Assurance, Architects and other Developers, you will help to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that make up Client's Digital experiences.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3+ years of Client-side language, library, and framework proficiency in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, NPM, HTML/CSS
- 3+ years of software development experience using in Java, SpringBoot, middle tier restful services
- Experience integrating with APIs with a strong understanding of RESTful web services.
- Strong Experience with Automation Tools/Frameworks
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy; deploying applications in a DevOps environment
- Experience working with AWS/EKS
- Experience with secure coding standards and practices.
- Knowledge in GraphQL, Apache Camel would be a nice to have.
- Knowledge of architecture and design patterns to build highly scalable and resilient systems.
- The ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Ability to work on sophisticated technical and functional analysis tasks
- A self-starter, who actively challenges status-quo, is curious and not afraid to ask "Why and "What if ?
