Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $177,660-$250,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.

One you are here, you will:
- Lead and manage a large team of 300 engineers, both onshore and offshore, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for solution development, sales engineering support, and delivery
- Develop and implement delivery plans, including defining scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
- Manage operational metrics and align capacity, capabilities, and geographies to demand.
- Technical expert in JavaScript, NodeJS, and distributed systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience building and delivering software
- 8+ years of experience in JavaScript, NodeJS, and distributed systems
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying full-stack solutions in a public cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- 3+ years leadership experience required including overall talent development and mentorship
- 3+ years of experiencing working in a highly consultative environment with demonstrated strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
