JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and extend C# web applications
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for security, speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
- years of Experience (4+ for midrange profiles and 8+ for Senior profiles)
- Strong experience with web application development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
- Strong understanding of C#, building and consuming web services
- Strong understanding of MS-SQL stored procedures
- Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
