Full Stack Software Developer
This position reports to the Director of Software Engineering
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile application development, with a strong proficiency in Flutter and DART. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and releasing mobile applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and DART.
•
Architect and implement robust backend data solutions.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
•
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
•
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
•
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
•
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
•
Establish good coding practices and testing strategies to appropriate standards

REQUIREMENTS.

Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks.
●
Knowledge of cloud services and APIs.
●
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
●
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
●
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•
5-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications.
•
Proven experience with Flutter and DART.
•
Strong understanding of backend data architecture and integration.

•
Experience releasing applications to the market, including knowledge of the app store submission processes.
•
Proficient in code versioning tools such as Bitbucket / Git.
•
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
