Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in providing technical support to customers and resolving complex technical issues. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing technical guidance to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a timely manner
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on product usage
- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new products and features
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus
