About the Job
- Provides high-level consulting services to client personnel (e.g., advises client on complex issues involving new regulation, technology or system functionality; Evaluates various technical and business solutions and makes recommendations to client; troubleshoots errors and inefficiencies related to the application(s) and related processes; Advises client on technical direction and specific business issues)
- Maintains project estimates and project management timelines for multiple major projects
- Verifies completeness and accuracy of specifications for multiple major projects to be estimated
- Determines programming requirements for multiple major projects (e.g., product updates, conversions)
- Researches and designs system modules, program enhancements and modifications to existing programs or modules
- Creates documents to communicate complex technical information to audiences of all levels
- Conducts research and documents findings and recommendations by using analytical problem solving

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related area
- 7-10 years with 6-8 years of full life cycle development experience and 5-7 years of programming and system design experience in financial services or a related industry in directly related progressively responsible positions; Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- The candidate should be proficient in relevant UI Full Stack (React, Angular, JavaScript, Nodejs, Python, Java/J2EE, SQL, ORM frameworks, Postgres, AWS Cloud) technologies and good to have knowledge of banking domain; In addition to UI development skills, experience with Enterprise Authentication Management applications, SAML federated services and OIDC frameworks is essential
- Added advantage if knowledgeable in C#
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
