Full-Time Administrative Assistant Weatherization Department - East Bay Community Action Program

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an immediate opening for a Full-time Weatherization Administrative Assistant at our location at 100 Bullocks Point in East Providence. Responsible for answering the phones, assisting clients with program information, performing general office tasks, and completing data entry in the program used to collect information and any other programs as requested.

1. Return client calls within 48 hours.
2. Prepare daily calendars for auditors which include making and confirming appointments.
3. Work with the Weatherization Supervisor to maintain vendor logs.
4. Work in the database to enter billing information and process payments.
5. Communicate all client concerns to the Supervisor on time.
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications: This position requires a High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years of proven administrative experience. Written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
