Marketplace Foods in Rice Lake, Wisconsin has an opening for a full-time position! We are hiring for an Assistant Department Manager to support our Meat Department!

This position will work alongside our Meat Department Manager to learn and support all aspects of our meat department operations. 

Duties include:

• Providing remarkable service to each and every guest who visits or contacts our department
• Ensuring product is available on the shelves for guests to purchase
• Building fun merchandising displays that help drive sales within the store
• Following all food safety practices and leading by example to ensure others on the team do so as well
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to others in the department
