As a Call Center Represe...Minimum Qualifications: We are seeking individuals who will provide professional, reliable, and prompt service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have:
Consistent customer care experience, preferably in financial services
Prior Call Center experience is desirable
Candidate must have a High School diploma or GED
Excellent written / verbal communication and customer service skills
Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs
Ability to meet training standards is also required
Must be able to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requires
