About the Job
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or retail experience
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to remain flexible and calm in stressful situations and handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- ability to prioritize work, work under deadlines and handle a high volume of work accurately
- accurate computer typing skills at 40-50 wpm
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat
- willingness to work flexible hours which may include extended periods of time, holidays and weekends
- enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work
- must have good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member)
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Publix Retail experience
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English
