Full Time Home Health Clinical Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) - Pinnacle Rehab Staffing

We are looking for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor of Clinical Services position in Home Health Care.  This position is also referred to as a clinical manager in some home health agencies. The Clinical Supervisor must have at last a 1 year of current or recent (within the past 5 years) management experience in the Medicare-certified home health setting including proficiency with the OASIS form. The Clinical Supervisor also needs to either have a BSN or higher, or have taken the two courses in public health and home health management per CT state regulations.  This Clinical Supervisor position is with a homecare company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. The company offers skilled nursing services as well as a full range nursing and rehabilitation therapies for adult and geriatric clients. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION:  The Clinical Supervisor must have at last a 1 year of current or recent (within the past 5 years) management experience in the Medicare-certified home health setting including proficiency with the OASIS form. The Clinical Supervisor also needs to either have a BSN or higher, or have taken the two courses in public health and home health management per CT state regulations.  The Clinical Supervisor must be a registered nurse (RN).  The Clinical Supervisor must be licensed in the state as an RN.
