We are looking for a Full Time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a position in the Hospice Home Care setting. The Nurse Practitioner must have some Pediatric experience in an intensive care setting (hospice, hospital or Pediatric intensive care unit/PICU). The Nurse Practitioner provides direct palliative care to patients and their families while functioning within a medically approved plan of care. The Nurse Practitioner will deliver services under the direction of the interdisciplinary team and Chief Medical Officer or Hospice Physician. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will work for a company is known as A+ in the industry for caring about the patients. HOSPICE PEDIATRIC NP JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Nurse Practitioner must have some Pediatric experience in an intensive care setting (hospice, hospital or Pediatric intensive care unit/PICU). The Nurse Practitioner must be licensed in the state. The Nurse Practitioner must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.
