Full-time Nursing ( RN ) Supervisor position qualifications include:
- Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
- 1 year Nursing supervisory experience required
- 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
- Experience working with persons living with dementia
- Experience working overnight shifts
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
- Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
