Full Time Nursing Scheduler at RiverWoods Manchester

RiverWoods is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Staff Scheduler for a Full Time (40 hr/week) position, Some flexiblity available on weekdays.  The Nurse Scheduler provides staffing coordination to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.

• Prepare a work schedule on a four-week basis format for all nursing shifts.  Familiarity with OnShift scheduling modules and ADP for time approval is a plus.
• Communicates continuously with DON/ADON to ensure accuracy and coordination of information.
• Monitor time off requests and available ETO hours. 
• Provide adequate coverage to fill time off requests and open positions by utilizing per diem and part time staff prior to obtaining permission to utilize staff for over time and/or agency nurses.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and have excellent multi-tasking skills.  Prior experience as a staff scheduler is preferred, but not required. ADP Scheduling Experience a plus
