Full Time Receptionist - Primary Location

You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
