Responsibilities:

Shipping and Receiving in the Warehouse will be a Primary Task performed.

Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide them with in-depth product knowledge.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that out-of-state customers receive the same level of service as our in-store customers, providing excellent support and assistance.

Process sales transactions at the registers, including ringing up purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and efficiently bagging merchandise.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time, contributing to the overall success of the store.
