This is an intermediate-level professional position that broadly identifies, documents, and demonstrates the optimal technical and user experience. This is accomplished through requirements activities/deliverables and requirement-driven processes, which are aligned with the business requirements and solution scope. The analyst can broadly perform all functional analyst competencies for one or multiple projects. This position keeps pace with discipline trends. They are looking for someone to assist in the creation and execution of the product vision and road map, Support efforts to elicit, represent and communicate requirements through requirement-driven processes, written requirements deliverables, diagrams, flow charts, presentations, etc. This role has you come onsite at most twice per month, once to the Riverton Office Building and once to the Church Office Building downtown.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Education:
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Encourage a culture of user-centered design and knowledge sharing
- Assist in the creation and execution of the product vision and road map
- Lead efforts to elicit, represent and communicate requirements through requirement-driven processes, written requirements deliverables, diagrams, flow charts, presentations, etc.
- Conduct, and may lead, functional testing and validation to ensure that the user experience of the end product meet the original intent and is of the highest possible quality
- Promote requirement-driven processes and best practices
- Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity
- Usually work with minimum supervision, conferring with senior levels on unusual matters
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4 years of progressive and relevant professional experience
- Working knowledge and application of the following competencies:
- Business Architecture
- Business Analysis
- Enterprise Analysis
- Requirements Elicitation/Analysis
- Solution Assessment/Validation
- Requirements Management
- Assist in the creation and execution of the product vision and road map
- Support efforts to elicit, represent and communicate requirements through requirement-driven processes, written.
- Requirements deliverables, diagrams, flow charts, presentations, etc.
- Proficient experience and understanding of technical and operational application functionality
- Strong technological/architectural to functional skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of processes and methods (i.e., Agile, Scrum)
- Technical understanding of security-based products
