Job Title: Functional Analyst
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- 6 years of experience with Systems Design Implementation and Support Functional Area for Service Contracts, Install Base Field Services and Depot Repair problem solving skills
- Must have very strong experience in the Oracle R12.
- Experience with a variety of implementations in a number of different environments.
- Solid business process skills able to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with systems staff Customer service acumen
- Self-motivated and willingness to work long hours and off-hours
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and technical staff
- Applying best practices overall knowing how to use the tool be able to train users on the tool and distribute the tool
