Responsibilities of the Fund Accounting Manager:
- Oversee the management of one team member while collaborating closely with senior fund accountants
- Lead the month-end process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Handle financial operations for boards with a traditional structure
- Manage the board's finances, including shared costs allocation between rental properties
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Finance the consolidation of approximately 12 properties
- Engage in ad hoc financial tasks as required to support operational efficiency and accuracy
Background expected of the Fund Accounting Manager:
- 5+ years of experience
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Yardi experience preferred
Salary Range:
$130,000 - $160,000
