Funding/Servicing Specialist
Location: Chesterbrook, PA- Hybrid schedule
As an integral part of our Finance team, we are actively seeking a Funding/Servicing Specialist to assume a pivotal role in managing a diverse array of financial activities. This dynamic position serves as a cornerstone in contributing not only to the success of the Finance department but also to the overarching growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Accounts Receivable/Data processing
- Processing of Receivable adjustments
- File funding and review
- Bank account verification
- Assist in the processing of ACH & Wires through online treasury systems
- Interact with underwriting and Customer Service for any required trouble-shooting items that arise
- Reconciliation of Trust accounts for Monthly reporting
- Positive pay file transmission
- Perform voids/stop payments in PNC Pinnacle web and provides support to accounting
- Preparing of funding and passback checks for FedEx
- Light filing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in account receivable/accounting preferred
- Proven abilities with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- May require working additional hours during peak funding periods and at month end
