What Does It Take to Be Qualified?

• Apprentice acceptable/ Season Licensed funeral Director 
• Valid IL Funeral Director License or have met the requirements of IL
• Valid IL Driver's License
• A passion for helping families at their time in need
• A true professional and team player mentality

What Can You Expect in Your Role?

• Open to apprenticeship but would not be first choice -Open to minimal experience all the way to seasoned experienced funeral director. Pay will reflect experience level.
• Looking for a Funeral Director / Embalmer, licensed in the state of IL
• Candidate would cover all locations 
• They handle around 350 calls / year
• Ability to handle all aspects of directing and prepping, do removals and be on call
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to empathize with families.
• offer 401k/match, most likely health insurance in 2025 and if not, health stipend
