Job Title: Furnace Maintenance Technician

Summary: Responsible for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining forge and heat treat furnaces using mechanical and electrical theory with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on furnaces.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements of furnace components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in furnace maintenance or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
