About the Role:
- The title for this position is Senior Benefits Account Manager. In this role, you will work with a small number of select clients, with a mix of fully-insured and self-funded employers.
- Your responsibilities will range from marketing, mid-year reviews, open enrollment and renewal presentations, and compliance.

Skills and Experience:
- We are looking for an insurance professional with at least 3 - 5 years of employee benefits account manager experience with a regional or national insurance agency.
- We need an expert that can work independently, building strong relationships with our clients in a proactive, consultative manner.
- Excellent communication and computer skills-particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint-are critical to your success.
- TDI L&H State insurance license required.
- Self-funding experience is preferred.
