Remote or hybrid is not available for this role. The FVP, Centers of Excellence will lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Centers of Excellence (COE) within the organization. This role is responsible for driving innovation, standardizing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, scalable technology solutions across multiple products, platforms, and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, innovation, and business process management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional technology teams to achieve strategic objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Centers of Excellence, aligning with the overall enterprise strategy for the following platforms: Salesforce, Five9, contact center AI, RPA, and other enterprise technology.Lead and manage a team of experts in specialized technology and business domains, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Standardize best practices and SDLC processes across the COEs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalabilityCollaborate with business and technical teams to build and deliver scalable enterprise solutions that meet business needsOversee the development and execution of COE initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesMonitor and manage the performance of the COEs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and external partnersEnsure effective communication and knowledge sharing across the COEs and the broader organizationManage the budget and resources for the COEs, ensuring optimal allocation and utilizationRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a technology or business process management environmentProven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, scalable solutionsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsExperience in managing budgets and resources, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectivenessDeep understanding of Salesforce, Contact Center AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology and business process managementPreferred:Experience in a financial services or banking environmentKnowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworksAxos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings PlanEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed TradingAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
