Title: FX Prime Brokerage Trade Support
Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6+ months
Rate: $40.00 - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in client onboarding processes, including user acceptance testing, internal and external setup, and go-live calls.
• Resolve trade discrepancies on T and post-T with internal and external parties.
• Interact directly with clients and handle escalations related to trade issues.
• Respond to client queries and provide reporting on the designated client reporting platform.
• Collaborate with IT developers to define infrastructure upgrades and maintenance requests.
• Manage trade life cycle events, including daily option exercises/expirations and NDF fixings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Credit, Legal, Collateral, Back Office, Sales, and IT.
• Monitor limit utilization for OTC, FXPB, and ETD businesses, investigating and reporting any breaches.
• Distribute monthly invoices and monitor fee collection.
• Undertake ad hoc project work related to internal controls, MIS reporting, process improvements, and client-specific reporting requirements or integration enhancements.
