Position Overview:

We're seeking a Field Service Technician in the Denver area to join our dynamic Field Service team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining gaming products, as well as providing on-site training to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for gaming products.
• Address and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service and training on game functionality.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Experience in technical support or field service is a plus.
