JOB SUMMARY
Performs professional, technical and administrative analysis, audits and investigations through real-time and reviewed observation of gaming operations. Reports all required and irregular activities to the Tribal Gaming Agency. Serves as the primary communications and dispatching hub for Tribal Gaming Agency and Tribal Gaming Operations.
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Via CCTV, investigates and monitors unusual occurrences and criminal activity as well as any deviations from established procedures, controls and regulations.
2. Uses thorough knowledge, skills and abilities to interpret and/or analyze gaming and criminal occurrences.
3. Documents all required and unusual activities that were reported, observed or discovered while monitoring daily operations or during investigations. Must meet tribal, state and federal regulations.
4. Prepares detailed reports on all incidents and unusual occurrences.
5. Performs audits of gaming and cage activity including all associated procedures, payouts, cash outs, fills and credits.
6. Maintains applicable records, documents and files of incidents and unusual occurrences in accordance within departmental guidelines and other applicable rules and regulations.
7. Conducts all video reviews and audits of all associated Title 31 requirements, any special investigations and or any process directed by management within departmental and agency guidelines.
8. Utilizes knowledge, skills and experience while operating video cameras, computers and related electronic equipment to analyze and track gaming operations for all positions.
9. Monitors all required activities in the gaming operation including large asset movement and procedures throughout Casino and Bingo operations.
10. Operates communication tools to dispatch/advise Regulatory and Special Investigations Agents and/or gaming operations personnel of any required or unusual incidents on the gaming properties.
11. Serves as the primary dispatcher of emergency services, Tribal Gaming Agents and all other TGA personnel.
12. Reports any malfunctions of CCTV equipment to Surveillance technicians.
13. Preserves, catalogues and releases evidentiary video of unusual, criminal or other incidents as required by internal policy or tribal, state and federal standards for criminal prosecutions or revocation/license suitability hearing.
14. At the discretion of TGA management, may be required to perform the duties of other TGA positions to maintain compliance with procedures, controls and regulations.
15. Because of the Tribe's commitment to community service and the well-being of its members, each employee may be expected to perform a wide range of office and field duties from time to time. Such duties may or may not be related to their regular responsibilities.
EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITION
Required:High School diploma or GED equivalent and one requirement listed below:
One of the Following: - Bachelor's degree and (2) two years of Table Games Dealer experience - Associate's degree with (4) four years of Table Games Dealer experience - (6) Six years of Table Games Dealer experience - (5) Five years of Surveillance experience at another Casino - (4) Four years of Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Agency experience (Bachelor's or Associates degree would substitute for 2 years of TGA experience)
Special Requirements:Incumbents must be at least 21 years of age; be able to pass a background investigation; meet the criteria for a gaming license and pass a pre-employment drug test.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or distinguish between variable audio sources. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to operate, finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to watch computer/television monitors in varying light conditions and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.

A current and valid Washington State driver's license is required at the time of appointment or at a time set by the Tribe.
