• Utilize our software for notes, generating quotes, and invoicing
• Arrive at appointments within the window provided to the client
• Take part in all workplace functions, and follow all policies and procedures
• Ensure that measurements and locations for openings are correct on larger jobs
• Perform a thorough inspection and accurate diagnosis of any problems with the existing system, then present the customer with their available options

• Installation and Maintenance: Efficiently install, maintain, and repair residential garage doors and openers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations and repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and queries promptly and professionally.

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the residential garage door industry. (If Not, We will train you as a First Year Apprentice)
