GAS STATION ASSISTANT MANAGER:

The Assistant Manager is passionate about customer service and leadership. They are problem-solvers with strong work ethic and leadership skills. The Assistant Manager understands that customers satisfaction always takes priority buy efficient leadership for operations makes it happen. They are an experienced leader with goal to move up in the management field.

• On any typical workday day, a gas station assistant manager performs some or all of the following duties.
• Assist the gas station manager in handling the day to day operations of the gas station and convenience store.
• Assist customers on self-service fuel pumps by providing them with insight on how to pump gas.
• Order and receive merchandise and update and oversee inventory and stocking activities.
• Ascertain the security of the convenience store and the station by constantly monitoring surroundings.
• Assist in hiring and training personnel to perform duties at the gas station, particularly gas station attendants and custodial staff members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Age 21 yrs.
• Previous Experience: Prior Management Experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to work outsdoor's in incremental weather
• Completed training in all areas.
• Must be able to take directions and delegate responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work night, weekends and holidays.
