Position Overview: Were looking for a skilled and dependable Gate Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in gate installation and repair, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves traveling to various job sites and interacting with customers regularly, so strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Primary Focus: In this role, you will engage with customers daily, requiring patience, respect, and a deep understanding of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing gates, staying updated with industry advancements, and ensuring top-notch service through comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, maintain, and repair gates and related equipment, including openers, springs, cables, and rollers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot gate issues, providing the best repair solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, providing estimates, and explaining necessary work.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets high-quality standards.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Organize and maintain tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Organized and methodical approach to work.
• Strong mechanical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Capability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
