United Beverages of North Carolina, LLC, was formed by the merger of four companies: The Blue Ridge Distributing Company, Piedmont Distributors, Proctor Wholesale, and Rowan Distributing. These four successful companies merged in order to be more competitive in the alcoholic beverage industry. Currently, the company is headquartered in Hickory, NC. A branch office is located in Salisbury, NC.

Job Description

This is a general job application. This application is designed to give you a way to submit your information to us when there are no current openings or when our job openings do not match your career goals.

Some positions we commonly hire for are as follows: Warehouse Order Selectors and Loaders, Sales Reps and Merchandiser, and Delivery Drivers. We fill a variety of other positions as well. This includes Seasonal Help to work during our busiest times. Seasonal Helpers are trained to complete a variety of tasks, including warehouse order selection, merchandising support, and delivery assistance.

For many of these positions, the following are basic guidelines:

• Must be able to repeatedly lift and move up to 60 pounds;
• Must be willing to become knowledgeable of all products;
• Must be able to bend, lift, carry, climb, stoop and stack product;
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
