• Assembling outer shell of window
• Framing using power drills/impacts
• Caulking
• Using tape measure to verify quality

Production Associate Skills Needed

• Mechanical aptitude
• Schematic drawing understanding is preferred not required
• Hand tools such as drills and impacts experience required
• Understands how to read a tape measure
• Prior assembly experience preferred.

Production Associate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Effective communication skills 
• Contribute to a safe work environment
• Must be able to walk, bend, twist, squat and climb on an occasional basis
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds
