Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a General Assistant. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Irving, TX (Onsite).

Required Skills:
Typing, Sorting, Filing, Scanning, Clerical.

Additional Skills:
Posting, Correspondence, Data Entry, Microsoft Office, Excel, Proof Reading, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and prioritize task with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook) preferred.
• Notary experience is beneficial, not required. Mortgage experience is a plus.

• This may include high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry and maintaining records.
• Job may be routine and often repetitive. The job often resides in operating units where a high volume of information is being processed and/or maintained.
• Performs a variety of minor to semi-routine clerical duties of minor to moderate complexity requiring the exercise of some judgment and discretion.
• Duties include maintaining simple to complex files, keeping records, compiling and checking Excel reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations and typing correspondence.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk and hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $17.91/hour to $17.91/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
