General Automotive Service Technician

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our service department, diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems in vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate with customers about necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to explain repairs and services clearly to customers.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
