Credit Department Credit Assistant Job Description
Our Clerical Staff are key members of our team
They provide the highest levels of customer service by helping with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Assist with all clerical functions of Data Entry for Credit and New Accounts, process new accounts and account maintenance
Clerical and Customer service with branches and other departments
Answer incoming calls and direct caller to appropriate person
Perform typing accuracy in data entry for multiple tasks
Open and distribute incoming mail maintain filing, fax, email.
Qualifications
Good typing skills,
• Good communication skills,
• Good analytical skills,
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word MS Outlook
• Positive attitude* Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time
Reliable, organized, attentive to detail and committed to high quality work in fast-paced environment
Ability to perform many daily tasks and manage time well
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
This position is in-person and temporary to permanent potential.
