Hourly Rate: $17.20
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Summary:
Responsible assisting with administrative functions for organizational employees and management and perform special projects as assigned. Experience with Payroll, Inventory Control, Spreadsheet and Reports preferred.

Essential Functions
- This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file; could involve simple posting to individual accounts
- Operates basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs.
- Little or no subject-matter knowledge is required, but the clerk uses his or her own judgment in choosing the proper procedure for each task.
- Other tasks a maybe directed by the Project Manager/Supervisor.
- Pass and maintain any required security clearance requirement and comply with Drug Free Workplace policy.
- Adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) standard operations procedure.
- Adhere to Property Control Plan for management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
- Adhere to a safety and health program that complies with EM 385-1-1 and applicable OSHA, DOD, Armed Forces Branch(s), Federal, state, and local safety, environmental and health requirements.
- Adhere to a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) in accordance with Appendix A, EM 385-1-1.
